Custom-Shaped Challenge Coins
Nothing about a challenge coin requires a circle. If your identity is a badge, a shield, an arrowhead, or a crest, the coin should be that outline.
Cut-to-shape coins are machined to your own outline, including voids cut clean through the metal, then finished with diamond-cut, beveled, or rope edges.
- Cut to your own outline
- Voids and negative space cut through the coin
- Diamond-cut, beveled, and rope edges
- Dual plating across a single face

How we build custom-shaped coins
Outline as identity
A badge-cut coin is recognized before the artwork is read. We work from your existing badge geometry so the silhouette is exact.
Cut-outs and voids
Open areas cut through the coin add depth and let the coin read against any background, with edges finished so nothing is sharp.
Edge treatments
Edge cut is the pattern machined into the side of the coin; edge thickness is how far the rim stands proud of the face. Both are specified separately.
