Custom EMS & Medical Challenge Coins
Medical and EMS coins carry a lot of fine detail — Star of Life emblems, caduceus work, EKG lines, and long team names. The die has to be cut so all of it stays legible.
We set line weights and enamel wells with the smallest text on the coin in mind, so a full team designation still reads clearly at 1.75 inches.
- Star of Life and caduceus cuts
- Fine line engraving for long team names
- Up to five enamel colors per face
- Flight, tactical, and hospital response teams
How we build ems & medical coins
Legible at any diameter
Small coins fail when the artwork is simply shrunk. We redraw line weights for the diameter you order so nothing fills in during striking.
Sculpted response figures
Fully 3D operator figures in gear can be sculpted on the front face and paired with a flat, high-contrast emblem on the reverse.
Team and agency variants
One die, several plating and enamel variants, lets a service issue distinct coins per team without paying for new artwork each time.
