How this coin was brought to life

The Nuclear Munitions — Dangerous Toys coin was drawn from scratch, sculpted as a 3D model, and struck for Pantex Fire Dept. · Bomb City. Antique gold, hard enamel, 3D relief, custom badge cut carries the artwork at 2.5 in · 3 mm thick, with tooling proofed against the unit's own insignia before the dies were cut. It is the same custom challenge coin manufacturing route we run for military units, fire departments, EMS crews, law enforcement teams, and federal programs — 3D textured molding, hard enamel color fills, and a custom badge cut finished to hold detail in the hand.

A two-sided badge-cut coin. The front carries the Nuclear Munitions jester over a glitter-filled blast in red, orange, and gold. The reverse is the Pantex Fire Dept. shield with 1951 in glitter gold on a textured black field, framed by burgundy enamel banners and rope-cut borders.
