Custom Firefighter Challenge Coins
Fire department coins live on a badge shape. We cut the outline to your Maltese, shield, or scramble, then build the artwork around it — apparatus, station numbers, mottos, and dates.
Firefighter coins are where our glow-in-the-dark and glitter enamel work gets used hardest: flame fields that charge in daylight and burn after dark, over 3D sculpted figures and textured backgrounds.
- Maltese, shield, and scramble cuts
- Glow-in-the-dark and glitter enamel flame fields
- 3D sculpted figures and apparatus
- Station, crew, and anniversary dating

How we build fire department coins
Cut to your badge, not to a circle
The outline of the coin is machined from your own badge shape, including voids cut clean through the metal between the arms of a cross.
Glow and glitter enamel
Glow enamel is charged by light and holds for hours; glitter enamel packs metallic flake into the color so a blast or flame field catches light from any angle.
Anniversary and retirement coins
Dated runs for a station centennial or a retirement are struck with the year in raised relief and can be individually numbered.
